Rittisberg fairytale trail

From the start of the walk at Ramsau Beach, next to the Rittisberg 4-seater chair lift valley station, follow a wide forest path through the wood to the Rittisstadl. Dotted along the route, which is a good 1.5 hour walk, are approximately 30 fairytale stops to entertain visitors. If children have paid close attention at each stop, when they reach Rittisstadl they can complete a fairytale quiz to win a small prize.

A fun way of returning to the valley is to hire a scooter at Rittisstadl, to take you back to the valley at lightning speed. When the 4-seater chair lift is running, your parents can sail back to the valley station in comfort while you scoot down.

Wednesday to Sunday, June to October by chair lift, or on foot via the fairytale trail.
