Children's via ferrata

Kali and Kala, children's via ferrate on the Sattelberg

Ramsau Children's Club set up the Kali children's via ferrata and Kala adolescents' via ferrata as a special attraction. The via ferrata, which is suitably anchored for children, leads from Ramsau's old corn mill to the Sattelberg's summit. At the summit there is a cross and a wonderful view of Kali the Ramsausaurus's kingdom. Children can then abseil down on the separate children's or adolescents' zip wire.

Approach: from the car park next to the old mill take the path to the right, from where the start can be reached in just a few minutes. Descent: from the exit follow the nature and environmental discovery trail, past Pension Concordia, down to the Ramsau river and back to the car park by the old mill via Hofrat Gruberweg. Equipment: full via ferrata equipment, possibly a safety rope for children and adolescents.
