Preparation: Skating and classic | Starting point: World Championship Cross Country Stadium Ort - turn-off Herold/Schildlehen - Kreitseilerwiese - Helpfererwiese - exit point Beach - turning point Sublehnermoos / Schildlehen - Helpfererwiese - Kobaldhof - exit point Gasthof Stocker - Märchenwiese Vorberg - Gasthaus Stocker - Adlerhorst - Burglehner - Burglehnerwiese - Deutlhauserwiese- turning point Kalkschmiedwiese (Untere Leiten) - Deutlhauserwiese - exit point Möslehner- Rupbauermoos - World Championship Cross Country Stadium - Kinderland - Minzl bridge
End: World Championship Cross Country Stadium . | Tip: Every year in March the Ramsau Volkslauf (People's Run) takes place on this route.
The route leads through all districts of Ramsau and is impressive with its beautiful viewing points of the Dachstein range, as well as the Schladminger Tauern. |

Preparation: Classic | | Starting point: World Championship Cross Country Stadium - Kreitseilerwiese - Helpfererwiese - Rittisserwiese - Pachermoos (entry point to the Styrain Trail) - Röster - Halseralm -Sonnenalm - Wiesmahdalm - Sublehnermoos - Helpfererwiese - World Championship Cross Country Stadium Ort. | Tip: Can also be skied from the turning point Standard Trail (fish pond) towards Wiesmahdalm - Sonnenalm to the connection with the Halser Trail.

Impressive scenery, fabulous views of Dachstein and Schladminger Tauern. |
14 Sonnen Trail | 14,350 m total length, 195 m total incline

12 Leiten Trail | 11,750 m total length, 176 m total incline
Preparation: Classic | | Starting point: World Championship Cross Country Stadium - Rupbauermoos- Alpenbad - Obere Leiten - Gasthof Sonnenhügel (Untere Leiten) - Deutlhauserwiese - exit point Möslehner - Rupbauermoos - World Championship Cross Country Stadium. | | Tip: Fabulous view of the Enns Valley. |
11 Rössing Trail | 10,700 m total length, 384 m total incline
Preparation: Classic | | Starting point: Perchtwiese - accessible via Standard Trail, 4 km from the exit World Championship Cross Country Stadium Ramsau Ort. The trail leads via the Jausenstation Fliegenpilz to the Gasthof Burgstaller, back via the Loden factory and Almstube to the starting point. | | Tip: Romantic, solitary trail. |
10 Halser Trail | 10,000 m total length, 206 m total incline
Preparation: Classic | | Starting point: World Championship Cross Country Stadium - Kreitseilerwiese - Helpfererwiese - Rittiserwiese - Pachermoos - Rösteralm turning point Halseralm, back to the World Championship Cross Country Stadium Ort. | | Tip: Afterwards Sonnenalm and Wiesmahdalm along the Rittis Trail. |
8 Hirzegg Trail | 8,000 m total trail, 152 m total incline
Preparation: Classic | | Starting point: Sublehnermoos, accessible along the Ramsau Beach entry points along the Standard Trail. The trail leads via Gasthof Gsenger to the Gasthof Dachsteinruhe and back again. | | Tip: Particularly spectacular views of the Dachstein. |
5 Tritscher High Trail | 5,000 m total length, 96 m total incline
Preparation: Classic | | Starting point: Kreitseilerwiese, accessible via the Standard Trail to the west of the World Championship Cross Country Stadium Ramsau Ort- Sonnenlift - ski roller route - Cafe Herold - Kreitseilerwiese. | | Tip: Short cut Gasthof Stocker (Vorberg) - Ramsau Ort (Forest Trail). |
4 Vorberg Trail | 4,300 m total length, 44 m total incline
Preparation: Classic | | Starting point: Gasthof Stocker - Märchenwiese - through forest and field passages via Gasthof Fichtenheim to the starting point Gasthof Stocker. | | Tip: Trail leads along the plateau edge with view of the Dachstein Tauern Region. |
4 Steirer Trail | 4,170 m total length, 64 m total incline
Preparation: Classic | | Starting point: Hotel Steirerhof, Pichl - Vorberg - field loop on the plateau area Pichl-Vorberg - Pachermoos (connection to the Halser and Rittis Trail) back to the starting point of the Steirer Trail. | | Tip: Via the World Championship Cross Country Stadium entry point, you can reach the Steirer Trail over the Halser Trail to the turn-off to Pachermoos. |
Glacier Trails | 2,700 m high on the Dachstein Glacier, the whole year round - summer trails of up to 15 km!
