The Ramsau am Dachstein region offers specially constructed cycle paths, alpine footpaths and roads, for you to cycle through the wonderful countryside on. The biking enthusiast will find everything here from gentle trips with the family to demanding day tours for more active holidaymakers. Routes are of all levels of difficulty.

With trails through forests, on meadow paths and contemplative alpine trails, over gentle and steep slopes, uphill and down dale.
It's time to get serious for the downhill cruisers. Maybe on the route to the Türlwand in front of the imposing backdrop of the Dachstein south wall, over the new alpine pasture route from the Neustattalm to the Bachlalm or on the established stages of the famous Alps Tour. |
3-counties ride around the Dachstein
Ramsau am Dachstein as the start and finish. To Filzmoos, Abtenau, Gosau and on to Bad Aussee, Obertraun. Clockwise or anti-clockwise. This "Dachstein circuit" is in any case a further dimension in the network of trails for insatiable bikers.

Family excursion in Ramsau. The Ramsau plateau stretches from Rössing to Vorberg. The rustic farmhouses harbour bed & breakfast pensions. Fabulous footpaths make this high plateau an ideal holiday destination for families and senior citizens.
Our mountain bike route is also particularly suitable for families. Mostly gentle inclines and few steep passages ensure the less practised bikers enjoy cycling.
